Directions: Catch the end of the wand of fire. Once it starts to take, put fire out so that the leaves are solely putting off smoke. Move through your space, appreciating the smell of smoldering sage. Work to clear energy both inside and outside of yourself whilst deeply inhaling the wonderful sage aroma.
