Directions: Using a toner is an important step in any serious skin care regime to help balance the skin's pH after the use of unbalancing cleansers and washes. After cleansing the face, spritz a moderate amount of toner all over your face. Allow to dry, and follow with serum/moisturizer of choice.

This is a new addition to my skin care and so I've only tried it for two days now but it has been great so far! I live up in the mountains and after a cold run my skin is chapped and windblown and this has been a great, quick way to refresh it. Also, I work in education and am swamped all the time with everything happening and it has been a nice little fast treat when I'm short on time but need a boost. :)
